Solution implemented
Anaplan was deployed gradually , starting first with the consolidation of PREMIUM slips and then with the retrieval of CLAIMS reported by the call center.
Thanks to this centralized data, Anaplan automatically calculates provisions and generates all accounting entries: PENA, PANE, receipts, reversals.
In a second step, the calculations of technical margins and profitability of contracts were put in place.
